Job Title: Staff Speech Pathologist Location : Lawton, OK Shift Times: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Mon-Fri (8 Hour Days) Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 Salary Range: $35 - $39.37/hour (based on experience) Position Summary: The Staff Speech Pathologist will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse patient population, ranging from infants to geriatric patients, within an interdisciplinary team setting. This role involves addressing a variety of conditions including speech and language disorders, cognitive deficits, voice and fluency issues, and swallowing difficulties. Responsibilities: Assess and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Provide therapy for cognitive aspects of communication and swallowing dysfunction. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement comprehensive treatment plans. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Qualifications: Must be licensed as a Certified Speech Pathologist in the State of Oklahoma, or eligible for licensure. Experience working with a broad range of disorders across a diverse patient demographic. Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
