Business immigration experience, including L, H, B, and E visas, I-140s, PERMs, etc. Legal experience doing immigration bond hearings or removal defense work is a plus. Spanish fluency is required. Must possess strong writing skills, excellent communication, proper client interviewing skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
