Staff DevOps Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to optimize and enhance CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable product deployment. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of CI/CD pipeline improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts for high-frequency, low-risk deployments Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize development workflows and mentor colleagues on DevOps processes Required Qualifications Extensive experience in DevOps with a strong track record in CI/CD pipeline management Solid understanding of containerization, orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins Background in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or Go Strong focus on security best practices and compliance requirements in infrastructure
