A company is looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst, CRM. Key Responsibilities Manage IT services and systems for conversational messaging support and AI technology Lead complex technology projects and system enhancements aligned with strategic objectives Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation and support change management efforts Required Qualifications Extensive experience with business systems in an IT environment, preferably at a senior level Expertise in customer experience technology stacks, including support CRMs and AI chatbots Experience operating within regulated industries such as wearables or medical devices Experience in Customer Experience operations or consulting for customer support teams preferred Proven ability to work effectively across global operational time zones
