Our client, a well-established Private Equity firm, is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their management company accounting team. Our clients are seeking individuals that can work in Midtown Manhattan, NYC, on a remote hybrid schedule. Our clients are targeting 2-3 days working on-site in the office and the rest working remotely from home. Also, please let your recruiter know if you have full capabilities to operate on a remote basis or if you require additional tech.The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting in timely preparation and issuance of complete and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements. This position is responsible for all accounting responsibilities related to various disciplines within the accounting department, which would include, but are not limited to, the following:Perks of being a Staff Accountant: Work remote and/or 2-3 days from home. Easily commutable to Midtown Manhattan. Brand new office space with top-tier amenities (snacks, additional perks, etc.).Qualifications of being a Staff Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred). Previous working experience as an accountant. 3-5+ years of accounting experience in the Financial Services Industry.
