About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Solutions team and support a global technology client. This fully remote, 6+ month contract role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sourcing executive-level talent using creative, data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities:* Partner with teams to understand talent needs and strategic goals.* Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top Executive talent.* Leverage multiple sourcing channels (social media, professional networks, job boards, etc.).* Analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights to support hiring decisions.* Engage with candidates, conduct assessments, and ensure a positive experience.* Collaborate with hiring managers to present qualified candidates and facilitate interviews.* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Qualifications:* 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Sourcer.* Expertise in strategic sourcing (Boolean, X-Ray, passive sourcing).* Strong data analysis skills with market insights ability.* Creative thinker with unconventional sourcing methods.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in teams.Preferred:* Sourcing experience in major tech companies.* Experience with the Canadian market.Organization: Talent Solutions RPOSalary: $80-90/hr.Incentive (if applicable): Not Incentive EligibleBenefits: ManpowerGroup offers a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Life insurance and Disability for Staff and Consultants, as well as 401K.ManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
