Sr. Talent Intelligence Researcher Consultant - Remote

This fully remote, 6-month contract position supports business priorities by providing competitive intelligence to guide sourcing strategies and build relationships with top talent in critical engineering and functional areas for an American multinational financial software company.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with business leaders to identify critical talent needs.* Analyze industry, economic, and talent trends to enhance sourcing strategies.* Conduct business and product research to inform sourcing across units.* Present actionable insights to executive leadership.* Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in sourcing and talent pipeline development.* Design sourcing strategies, including primary research and external networking, to identify top talent.* Partner with recruiters to nurture talent communities.* Manage all phases of research projects, including planning, execution, and knowledge sharing.* Maintain market intelligence in the ATS to inform sourcing and recruiting strategies.* Develop subject matter expertise in key talent verticals, delivering insights across teams.Qualifications:* 5+ years of experience in talent intelligence/market research.* Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, and other research tools.* Proven experience managing strategic talent mapping projects.* Ability to influence strategy through data-driven insights.* Expertise in global software engineering talent markets, including AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning, is preferred.* Bachelor's degree preferred.About Talent SolutionsTalent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
