Sr. ServiceNow Developer PURPOSE This position’s primary responsibility will be to support our growing ServiceNow implementation. This role will provide platform support, implement changes and requests, and work on system integrations. RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in developing the application roadmap Testing and validation to ensure the system is working properly Assist with integrating clients and third-party software integrations Meet with internal/external clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements Contribute to training and documentation Provide data, reporting, and analytics in support of business operations and metrics MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Direct ServiceNow Experience Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, SPM Experience developing within a domain separated instance preferred ServiceNow certifications (Administration (CAS), Developer (CAD)) preferred Working knowledge of Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Workflows, Flow Designer, Update Sets, import sets, transform maps, Client Scripts, IU Policies, Form designing, Inbound Actions, Notifications, Reporting, Dashboards, Form designing, and Service Catalog Experience integrating ServiceNow with other third-party platforms, including ingesting data from those systems preferred General Technical & Development Experience JavaScript experience required HTML, AngularJS, jQuery, Service Portal experience a plus Working knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface) Management; REST, SOAP, Formats JSON, XML General and technical documentation writing, based on audience Project Management, Agile Scrum Management, a plus Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent The ideal candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Background in ITIL and Knowledge Management processes preferable Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to solution with limited requirements We are seeking highly motivated individuals who meet the following criteria: • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills • A passion for technology, problem-solving, and customer service • Strong ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks • Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. • Upbeat, friendly, motivated, and ready to help our team and clients.
