We’re looking for a creative, strategic, self-starter to join the Raptive Solutions Marketing team and lead the go-to-market strategy and efforts for Raptive’s products and services for creators and enterprise publishers. The role is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and appreciation for Raptive’s Revenue solutions, such as the display and video advertising we run on our customers’ sites and all of the reports and controls we offer our customers to help them understand and manage this revenue stream. You’ll own product marketing for this vertical of Raptive products and services, partnering with product managers, business leads, customer service teams, and other key stakeholders on everything from helping to shape the strategic roadmap to deep-diving on competitive insights to developing the perfect communications to help our creators make more money. Ideally, you’ll bring a deep understanding of the creator economy and the digital media and online advertising industries to the table so you can tell a strong story of how Raptive’s solutions fit holistically into a creator-first future. We’re excited for you to use your passion for creators, data fluency, strategic decision-making, eye for developing efficient processes and workflows, experience marketing products and services, and skills in cross-team coordination in this exciting opportunity to drive Raptive forward. What you’ll be doing: Drive customer adoption of Raptive’s core revenue products (display and video advertising) as your primary KPI. Make sure every audience has the right resources to understand Raptive’s offerings and value, working at the intersection of project management, marketing communications, sales enablement, messaging strategy, and customer communications. Develop and own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of Raptive’s solutions for the full customer lifecycle, including service and product offerings, GTM planning, and ensuring alignment across the business. Drive the marketing calendar for your portfolio of solutions across the organization and develop effective internal communications. Execute each stage of the GTM process, with a heavy focus on pitch and value proposition materials and internal training for multiple customer-facing teams. Identify unique selling points and create messaging with a focus on deep customer understanding, competitive positioning, and consistency across all teams Use data to create proof points, case studies, and thought leadership content for Raptive products and services. Facilitate customer research, insights, and feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams. Identify and track success metrics, using data to inform every Solutions Marketing strategy. The skills and experience you bring to the job: 5+ years experience in product marketing and communications with a focus on creator-facing products, services, platforms, ad tech, or publishing. Experience in the digital advertising landscape (ad servers, RTB, PMP, DSPs) is a plus History of success defining and launching new products, with experience training and demoing software. Strong and confident communication skills (both written and verbal) that bring Raptive’s genuine, savvy, and vibrant voice to life, even in an internal brief. Able to bring stakeholders together to execute a vision that leads to the greatest customer delight. Can distill complex, technical concepts into understandable and actionable insight. Experience developing and maintaining competitive intelligence and strategic points of differentiation. Familiar with the online content creation and publication ecosystem from processes (keyword research, SEO, video creation, etc.) to platforms (WordPress and other publishing platforms, social media platforms, etc.) to monetization strategies (ads, affiliate, etc.) Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, remote-first start-up culture. Able to develop plans and processes that evolve with business needs over time and drive clarity for cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of the agile development lifecycle and how to collaborate with product and technology partners. Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving, leadership, strategic, and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and thrive when managing multiple projects and responsibilities. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
