Job Title: Sr. Java Fullstack Developer with React Location: 99 Jefferson Rd, Parsippany, NJ 07054 Job Type: Long term Contract Interview type: F2F (Only Locals are applicable) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building high-performance, scalable backend systems. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with front-end developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative solutions. We highly prefer local candidates for this role to facilitate close collaboration with our team. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop backend systems: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code to build the server-side logic of our applications. Collaborate with front-end teams: Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. API development and microservices: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices that power our applications. Database management: Optimize database designs for performance, scalability, and data integrity using SQL or NoSQL databases. Security and data protection: Implement robust security protocols, including authentication, authorization, and data protection. Optimize performance: Ensure applications are optimized for speed and scalability. Testing and deployment: Conduct testing and debugging to ensure a smooth deployment process, while also maintaining comprehensive documentation. Work closely with the team: Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and team discussions to ensure high-quality output. Skills and Qualifications: Java expertise: Strong experience with Java 8+ and frameworks such as Spring Boot , Spring MVC / Spring Security / Spring Data . RESTful services: Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs . Database knowledge: Proficiency in both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Microservices architecture: Familiarity with microservices and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes . Version control and collaboration: Proficient with Git and familiar with Agile development tools like JIRA . Testing frameworks: Experience with automated testing using JUnit , Mockito , or similar tools. Cloud platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS , Azure , Google Cloud ) and deploying services in a cloud environment. Develop responsive web applications: Using React , HTML , CSS , and other front-end technologies, create user interfaces that are both beautiful and functional. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to bring mockups and wireframes to life. Debugging and troubleshooting: Identify and resolve UI-related bugs and performance issues to ensure smooth user interactions. Stay updated with front-end trends: Continuously improve skills by staying informed about the latest front-end trends, techniques, and best practices, particularly in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Powered by JazzHR
