Sr. Executive Sourcer (Remote) - Consultant

Description:
We're looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Sourcer to join ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions! In this role, you'll drive the candidate sourcing process for both exempt and non-exempt roles, crafting and executing innovative sourcing strategies across various tools and methods. You'll support recruiters, collaborate with clients, and develop a robust pipeline of talent for challenging positions. This is a W2 Contract role that is fully remote.Key Responsibilities: * Develop creative sourcing strategies and diverse candidate pipelines. * Source Executive level roles (Director+) * Utilize technical tools and networks to attract top talent. * Partner with recruiters to address sourcing gaps and develop strategies. * Manage ATS, generate reports, and maintain candidate data.Qualifications: * Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of executive recruiting and sourcing experience, specifically in the tech space, focusing on Director-level and above roles. * Experience with large tech companies highly preferred * Expertise in Internet and social media sourcing, and a strong grasp of recruiting technologies. * Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.About Talent SolutionsTalent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
