Are you a Sr. Property Manager (Commercial) with 7+ years of professional experience managing portfolios of commercial & mixed use real estate properties? If so, please keep reading...Please note: this is an on-site role, with some travel to 4 other properties in the surrounding Alexandria, VA areas.Why join us?Want to help manage Class A commercial high-rises (i.e. 7 floors, 100K sq. ft.), and be the quarter back for our Property Management efforts in VA? Relevant Certifications: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), LEED AP, LEED Green Associate Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills Detail oriented, with strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills and the ability to manage from a holistic perspective Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) required.
