Direct Counsel has partnered with an AmLaw Top 50 Law firm who is seeking a Sr. Attorney for their Private Equity Practice. This is for a cutting edge, growing team with a supportive and collegial culture. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience License to practice in the states for Boston, Century City, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York or Washinton D.C. Borrower side representation Strong preference for experience working with private equity sponsors General company-side representation are encouraged to apply The ideal candidate will work with clients who are corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies. You will handle a high volume of mid cap and top tier transactions.Compensation and Benefits: Pay starts at $310,000 per year for a 4th year attorney Comprehensive Benefits are available #J-18808-Ljbffr
