Description:
Job Duties: Review and analyze accrual basis general ledger for accuracy and reasonableness Book journal entries Review adjustments to the tenant ledger Prepare monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations Perform flux/variance analysis on assigned portfolio accounts Provide accounting support to property management team Participate and present in periodic meetings with Property Managers and accounting team -Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations: 5 years accounting experience in accounting, preferably large company and/or Real Estate Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting or finance Work independently and good decision making skills Can manage a high work volume Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across the organization; train Operations team in a classroom setting Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented; self-motivated; ability to multi-task and prioritize Experience with large ERP systems Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
