Description:
The Senior Account Manager is part of the Client Services team and is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's relationship with new and existing customers. Compensation: $70,000-75,000 Location: Manassas, VA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00p Senior Account Manager Responsibilities: 5 years+ in a leadership/management role. Has a broad understanding of printing, direct mail, and USPS guidelines. Works with the estimating department to add jobs to the schedule for both new and existing customers. Manage jobs from conception to completion by interfacing directly with customers and coordinating work internally within each department. Serves as the team leader to a group of two or more team members. Coaches team members as needed and provides necessary training and guidance. Collectively works as a team on issue resolution and reports to the Director of Client Services. Maintains and manages production schedule and inventory for each job managed. Provides daily report to the plant manager and highlights any issues that deviated from the production schedule that need to be addressed. Identifies areas of improvement and provides recommendations to the plant manager. Demonstrates problem resolution using the appropriate internal channels. Manages client billing. Senior Account Manager Education/Experience/Qualifications: Must be authorized to work in the United States Able to lift at least 25 pounds Top Notch Communication Skills, both written and verbal Computer Proficiencies (computers, software, and typing) Collaborative, Results-Driven, Strong Attention to Detail, Excellent Time Management Skills Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent Must submit to background and drug screen Company Benefits: Medical insurance Employee Assistance Program, company paid 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
