Sr. Account Director, BioAnalyticsPosition Summary:Catalent Biologics is a fast-growing business within Catalent Pharma Solutions focused on providing innovative technologies and solutions to help more and better biologic treatments get to patients. --Leveraging our growing differentiated technology portfolio, world class manufacturing capability, and other integrated services across the Catalent network, Catalent Biologics is positioned to drive significant growth for Catalent.The Sr. Account Director, BioAnalytics will drive revenue growth for our biologics analytical services with a particular focus on identifying and closing GLP clinical and commercial related opportunities. --Other responsibilities for the Sr. Account Director, BioAnalytics include market intelligence/market research analysis as gained through client interactions, trade show attendance, etc.This is a field-based, remote role that will support the northeastern territory of the U.S. The role will require travel as needed in support of business development activities.The Role (daily responsibilities) Proven track-record of developing strong relationships, establishing new clients and closing business in biotech service-based market segment. Demonstrated success in 'consultative selling' in a regulated environment. Demonstrated understanding of drug development requirements including preclinical and clinical stages. Clear understanding of customer informational databases and metrics to define success in selling services to Pharma clients Exceptional selling, organization, negotiation and communication skills. Experience in developing and negotiating complex contracts specifically.
