Entry-Level Account Representative Qualifications: Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred. No prior experience required, but past customer service, account management, or sales experience is a major plus! Highly responsible, self-reliant, and professional. Charismatic, friendly, and inviting demeanor. Ability to work effectively, patiently, and pleasantly with team members, customers, and management. Humble and passionate about helping others and making an impact.
