I reviewed your resume on Indeed, and I am currently hiring for (Part-Time) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at a local school in Lawndale, CA 90260. Centinela Valley Union High School District , in partnership with Cross Country Education, is seeking a dedicated and flexible Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide compensatory time and complete assessments for high school students. The SLP will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on student success by delivering targeted support, participating in IEP meetings, and reviewing findings with team members. Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Lawndale, CA 90260 Grade level: Highschool Start Date: November 1, 2024 Days Per Week: 3 Hours Per Week: 19.5 (Hours Guaranteed) Shift: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (Flexible within these hours) Compensation: $65 - $70 per hour (willing to negotiate based on experience) Responsibilities: Deliver compensatory speech-language services for a group of students Complete pending assessments accurately and efficiently Actively participate in IEP meetings to review findings and contribute to educational planning Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other IEP team members to ensure student progress Requirements: Valid California SLP License Strong understanding of IEP processes and assessment tools Ability to work within the flexible schedule provided between 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Caseload: flexibility on scheduling to meet required hours.
