Speech Language Pathologist - Whittier Rehab Hospital - Bradford Full-Time, 40 hours/week -weekends as needed Base Pay : $45.00 per hour $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential Responsibilities: - Conduct patient assessments to determine speech, language, and swallowing disorders.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.- Provide therapy to patients with various communication disorders.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Skills: - Proficiency in critical care and patient assessment.- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.- Experience in patient care within acute care settings.- Familiarity with ICU and case management.- Ability to provide speech therapy services effectively. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in speech therapy, acute care, and patient management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
