GENERAL PURPOSEPerforms evaluations and develops effective patient treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing outpatient and home health care. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.Position: Speech Language Pathologist SLPHours: Consistent Weekly PRNSetting: Assisted Living CommunityLocation: Woodbury Estates, Woodbury, MNWith an outpatient therapy career in an assisted living or independent living community, you get the best of both worlds: the chance to improve the lives of seniors by meeting them where they live while maintaining greater flexibility in your schedule.
