To maintain a case load size that does not exceed ASHA guidelines. Minimum Requirements Master's degree Meet state certification requirements Such alternatives to the above requirements as the board may find appropriate and acceptable Desired Two years experience as a speech and language pathologist Graduate work beyond master's degree All recommendations for hire are tentative offers. Employment is contingent upon board approval, and successful completion of a federal background check and drug-free workplace pre-employment screening.
