Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Clean and repair carpets and floors· Clean job sites after fires, floods, and construction· Clean upholstered furniture· Regular custodial cleaning in commercial and high-security buildings· Clean and stock vehicle· Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skill Requirements: · Minimum of two years' floor and carpet care experience, including buffing, scrubbing, stripping floors, carpet care· Experience using carpet extractors and auto scrubbers· Previous experience in fire and water restoration services a plus· Valid Driver's License· Flexibility to work weekends and evenings Competitive Compensation Package Includes: · Base hourly rate of $26.00 an hour· Health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision· 401(k) with Company match· Paid time off Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis: · Walking and standing· Climbing· Bending forward· Wearing hip/backpack vacuum· Reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling· Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder· Respective bending and arm movements#MK Job Posted by ApplicantPro
