We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.As the Special Inspections Project Manager, you will help to grow our Construction Services area by developing and maintaining client relationships, incrementally grow and diversify the business by managing the scope, budgets, and quality of construction management projects.Responsibilities On-site materials testing and review to ensure quality standards Daily reporting and verification of findings Assist in laboratory testing/management, including review of laboratory results and procedures Project management, document review, non-compliance tracking, and budget management Business development with clients and industry professionals Proposal writing, review, and managing proposal opportunities through client relationships and bid sheets Other duties as assignedRequired At least 3 years of relevant experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well with clients and co-workers Strong problem-solving skills ACI/WACEL certifications preferred Engineer In Training (E.I.T.) preferredAt this time, Stevenson Consulting will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.Full-time position with benefits, including certification testing assistance, mileage reimbursement, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401(k), medical, and dental insurance.Drug Free, EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr
