Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a Special Education Coordinator to join our staff and work in an amazing school! Special Education Coordinator Qualifications: ● Bachelor's Degree (Masters preferred)● A minimum of 5 years of experience in Special Education● State of Maine Certification as a 292 Teacher of the Deaf or related certification/licensure● State of Maine Certification as a 035 Assistant Special Education Director or relatedcertification/licensure, or willingness to obtain Special Education Coordinator Responsibilities: Provide guidance and assistance for SPED staff for compliance with special education paperwork Complete student observations Manage and monitor due dates for IEP and written notice compliance Monitor IEPs for correct formats, goals, services, progress reporting and goal process ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
