The Boar's Head Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for both clients and staff while driving sales and managing operational efficiency. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control. Oversee employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Implement effective sales management strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and manage purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to enhance client satisfaction. Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications Previous experience in spa management or a similar role is preferred. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing records and reports. Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail math concepts. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and staff alike.
