£34,000 to £37,000 depending on experience As one of the largest care home providers in the UK, our Learning and Development team are essential to the continuous expansion of Avery Care Homes. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Trainer to join our established team in the South region, reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development. This will be a full time (40 hours per week) field-based role with travel and occasional overnight stay as the job requires. The Regional Training officers role is to develop, plan and deliver high quality statutory, Avery mandatory and other advanced training solutions. Minimum experience in course delivery subjects will be moving & assisting people, Nutrition, Basic Life Support & Deteriorating resident. Role Overview Develop, plan deliver and review all Internal training programmes. Support compliance with statutory and mandatory training in their allocated region. Deliver induction and refresher training in their designated area when required. Facilitate and deliver advanced/specialised courses to meet the requirements of our residents. Contribute to the planning and training of inductions in our newly commissioned homes. Lead, support and deliver training on our Train the Trainer and accredited programmes which maybe out of allocated region. Advise and support our home trainers to meet the required training standards and competencies, giving extra support when required.
