Green Rack is seeking Entry Level Solar Installers to install residential solar systems. We will train the right candidates!Entry Level Solar Installer shifts are Monday - Friday, with limited night/weekend/on-call work.For our Entry Level Solar Installers we offer full benefits, including paid time off, and competitive pay.Location & Travel: This position is based on Columbus, OH, with required travel to job sites. Key Responsibilities: Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on residential and commercial properties. Ensure the quality and safety of all installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Follow industry best practices and company guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. All Candidates must have: Excellent customer service skills required Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Must have a valid state driver’s license Must have a clean driving record (example- no DUI in the last 5 years) Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $21.50-$27.50/hourA full benefits package is included: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO and Paid Holidays.We are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
