Key Responsibilities: - Be responsible for all facets of project and release testing, including but not limited to integration, performance, operability, and deployment verification- Lead the formulation of testing plans, strategies, and documentation, leveraging risk analysis methodologies tailored to the project’s developmental approach- Spearhead and optimize operational workflows to seamlessly integrate QA processes with overarching technology delivery practices- Monitor and promptly address any scope modifications that may influence testing parameters- Implement and manage software testing policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality- Configure hardware and software in readiness for testing and thoroughly document the outcomes of all software application tests Qualification: - A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Software Tester role or similar capacity- Possession of a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate - Demonstrable experience in testing.
