RESPONSIBILITIES Write clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation for Product and project centric documents that is suitable for a range of audiences, from end-users to technical staff Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accurately reflects software and technology products Create and maintain documentation for API's, Help Files, Training Guides, Release Notes, ERD Diagrams, Data Model Dictionary, Restful services, ESB Integration with queues Continuously review and update documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness Participate in the release process, including reviewing release notes and ensuring documentation is updated accordingly Liaise with and support clients in the implementation process Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal documentation standards and processes.
