Job Title: Software Engineer Principal - Compass Job Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Full Time Job Description: Provide direction, leadership, and mentoring for software engineers and programmers within the development staff Align development of systems and applications to business strategies and objectives Apply regression testing techniques to ensure quality of deployed applications Utilize a full lifecycle application development process leveraging Agile Continually improve applications through performance tuning, balancing, usability, and automation Support, maintain and document developed applications and interfaces Integrate software with existing systems Evaluate and identify new technologies and methodologies Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in computer science / Computer Engineering Ability to work with senior IT management to set the platform and system strategy and drive it through the organization A working manager, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment, able to handle pressure well, and be self-motivated Ability to architect and build enhancements in specialized, critical business systems Working knowledge and experience with Oracle or SQL Server A minimum of 12 years' experience designing and implementing software applications using one or more of the following: Java , C#, C++ or equivalent languages Proficiency in programming techniques, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming and Agile Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at XXXX@global-itech.com Job Posted by ApplicantPro
