Social worker: MASH: Flexible working Non Stop Care is currently working with a Good Ofsted rated local authority in the Berkshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Single Point Access (MASH) team. This role offer hybrid working flexibility which is rare within a MASH team, allowing for you spend less time travelling and more time with your family at home Responsibilities: Oversee the MASH social workers and navigators from the multi: agency network, to ensure full analysis of concerns and strengths are informing the level of decision making which could be for a strategy discussion, single backssment, targeted early help, or again advice and guidance. Benefits: Competitive pay rate : GBP38,355 : GBP46,406 Hybrid Working Small team Non Case holding Training and developmental opportunities Career progression opportunities Immediate start Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 2 years post qualifying experience and will ideally have experience Child Protection or Referral and backssment or MASH teams.
