Job Title: Social Worker (LSW/LPC) Location: Zanesville, Ohio Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year Shift: Varied Days/Evenings Hours: Full-time, 32 hours per week Overview: We are committed to providing exceptional care. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Dependency Counselor to help us continue our mission of delivering comprehensive behavioral health services. Responsibilities: Provide direct counseling services and support to individuals dealing with chemical dependency and related behavioral health issues. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and circumstances. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and effective recovery strategies. Maintain detailed and confidential records of client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Must be licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Must hold a current certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor (CDC). Applications lacking CDC certification will not be considered. Strong clinical skills in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment.
