We are currently looking for a highly creative , proactive and analytically - minded Social Media Manager to join our team in London. Reporting to the VP of Global Communications, you will play a key role in boosting the visibility of Board online presence and cultivating improved customer engagement through a number of social media activities, including strategy, content creation and publica t ion, audience development and reporting. Main duties: Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Design and implement social media strategy in alignment with business as well as brand awareness goals, promot ing engaging content, and keep ing our audience informed Create internal and social media schedule for global and regional campaigns, events, promotions, etc. Set specific objectives and report on ROI Prepare detailed social channel activity reports and dashboards for dat a- driven decisions Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on a daily basis (e. g. original text, photos, videos and news) Engage with customers, partners on social media while e stablish ing relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network Plan and coordinate with Regional Marketing Managers to generate new.
