We are seeking up to two highly dedicated interns, who will collaborate together with our marketing department to plan, conduct, and report on over 50 social media accounts providing a social voice to eleven unique businesses.This opportunity is going to build your social muscle and resume! Spend some time with us as we plan paid social campaigns, shoot organic video and still-pictures, and source images from some of the best automotive companies in the world. Across our ten automotive dealerships, we offer new and pre-owned vehicles and extensive services for the global brands that you know and recognize; BMW, INFINITI, Honda, Mini, and VW. Position assignments Create appropriate social media content that increases audience engagement and follower count. Assist in the creation and implementation of a monthly organic content schedule covering multiple unique businesses. Actively discover and curate engaging content to share with our communities. Schedule posts on social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube). Create Instagram Stories using apps on personal phone to video the message, create graphics, and post. You will be expected to speak and be seen in many of these videos. Create monthly analytics reports to track social media results and progress. Regularly research the latest social marketing trends and find best ways to promote brands. Contribute new creative ideas for new projects. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Fan of all things social media, expertise to learn quickly and demonstrate initiative. Able to prioritize and handle multiple duties at 1 time while reporting to multiple, and sometimes competing, parties. Expert in the business use of social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube). Good written and spoken communication expertise in English. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Background with social marketing software tools is a benefit (i.e. Sprout Social, Facebook Analytics, etc.) Background with photo editing, including the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Background with video editing, including the use of Adobe Premiere Pro is a benefit. A desire to come up with new ideas on how to grow social presence through campaigns, giveaways, contests, etc. Background running these campaigns with demonstrable results is a plus. Expertise to learn who our target audience is for our clients and how to use social media to reach them. Able to provide links to 1-3 social media platforms you currently manage or have managed is a plus. Must be eighteen years or older Majoring in marketing, public relations, journalism and/or related position. Able to receive college credit from your university or college for this internship. Able to work on-site at the locations in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
