Job Opportunity: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Locations: Vista CA Pay Rate: Based on experience Zip Code: 92084 Position Type: Full-Time Population: Elementary - High School Start Date: ASAP End Date: June 4, 2025 (with possible extension to ESY) Schedule: Monday - Friday, (7.5 hours daily) Position Overview We are seeking multiple dedicated SLPs in the Vista California area to assist with students of ages Elementary to High School. This candidate should be passionate about helping with students' development while demonstrating compassion and patience. Responsibilities Provide individual and small-group speech and language therapy to students in Elementary and High School Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student. Document progress, update treatment goals, and maintain accurate records in compliance with CA DOE standards. Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and staff to ensure continuity of care and support student’s development in speech and language skills. Qualifications License: Active CA Speech Language Pathologist License. Certification: A valid CA Teaching credential (Clinical – Rehabilitative Credential for Language, Speech and Hearing Specialist) issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is preferred. Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with a compassionate approach to supporting Student’s development.
