Countryside Care Center is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist SLP to fill a full-time or PRN position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care. Sorry, this is not a CF position. The Speech Language Pathologist SLP will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You will develop and implement effective treatment programs and establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment. The Speech Language Pathologist SLP will provide counsel to patients and patients' families, as well as create an accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits. If you are a Speech Language Pathologist SLP who likes being part of a team, is looking for comprehensive training, on-going education and the ability to be involved in your teams' decisions, then we would love to speak with you! Don't forget... An active state Speech Language Pathologist SLP license is required. Multiple locations offered, but optional, for PRN coverage; potential full-time opportunity at additional locations. This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
