We provide non-medical and skilled nursing care to clients in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. The available shifts are Weekday and Weekends Available! Up to 40 hours available! Full time or Part time available!Additional Clients in surrounding area (Phoenixville, Wynnwood, Collegeville, Skippack, West Conshohocken, Schwenksville, Villanova, etc.) Full-time or Part-time available!Requirements for EmploymentCurrent Pennsylvania Skilled Nursing LicenseCurrent CPRMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsMust pass State and Federal Criminal Background ChecksMust have up-to-date Physical and Two-Step PPD or Chest X-rayMust be able to pass Skilled Nursing pre-employment testForm of Transportation to Client's ResidenceSkilled Nurse Job ResponsibilitiesMust be a caring and reliable individual who has the ability to work in a diverse atmosphereAssess patient's need for safety measures and appropriate interventions.Implementation of the Nursing Care Plan as outlined by the Primary Nurse.Implement medication changes according to verbal and/or written physician orders.Administer prescribed medications and treatments.Accurately observe and promptly report changes in the patient's physical or mental status to the Nursing supervisor.Accurately record nursing observations, activities, and treatments on the appropriate forms.Ability to follow a physician's plan of care under the supervision of our Director of NursingCommunicate with family members, in office staff and all supporting health professionalsEmployee BenefitsMedical Insurance available401K with employer matchingCompetitive & Weekly PayFlexible Scheduling to match your lifestyle!PTO for Full Time Skilled Nurses!$4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nurses!Employee Incentive Program!Employee Recognition Program!Pay Rate Range (RN $30 to $33 and LPN $28 to $30) based on experience!Personal Health Care is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients with compassion and respect for each person.
