Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support while assisting with any customer questions. Job Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely information regarding retail shop and services. Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise. Provide the highest level of customer service. Accurately handle all payments Complete opening/closing checklists according to standards Welcome guests, take or assist in taking guest orders, and collect payment for items ordered Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
