Background The Site Supervisor will support ECHO's Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) contract. The mission of ECHO is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their optimal level of personal, social, and economic success. We provide skill building, job placement, day support and transportation. Our services empower individuals to be active members of the community. Responsibilities/Essential Functions The Site Supervisor is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of contract, supervise site staff and complete required deliverables. Embrace and support ECHO's core values: Enthusiasm, Trust, Integrity, Compassion, Respect, Innovation and Courage. Supervise contract staff. Serves as onsite liaison between client and ECHO. Produce and provide weekly and quarterly reports. Ensure site is fully staffed and all substitute contractor personnel are fully trained. Coordinates desk coverage and breaks for Receptionist. Provides cross-training to staff and assists in staff evaluations and promoting their individual growth within a team environment. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures for all site functions. Immediately report any security or safety concerns to COR to include site injuries. Ensures all staff adheres to USPS mail handling safety precautions and use safety equipment provided by EFLHD. Ensures all staff complete required annual FHWA Computer Security/Privacy Act training. Provide fleet support to EFLHD Fleet Manager. Maintain and ensure documentation and records for individuals receiving services meets standards for Medicaid, DBHDS, CARF, and all other entities providing oversight to ECHO services. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Minimum Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Minimum of one-year office related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a leadership capacity and/or demonstrated leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively as part of an integrated, diverse team.
