Job Summary: Petrochem is currently seeking a Siding/Metal Mechanic in Sidney, OH . This position reports to the Job Site Supervisor and supports the organization's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, commitment to our community, accountability, and ownership. Duties and Responsibilities: Cutting, shaping and assembly of metal components based on blueprints, technical drawings and verbal instructions Piping insulation and duct work Must be able to operate manlift and scissorlift Adhere strictly to all safety protocols Key Requirements and Education Experience: Certified or skills to be certified to operate manlift and scissorlifts Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Minimum 3 years experience in metal working or equivalent Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting metal parts (minimum 50 pounds), bending, kneeling and standing for extended periods while working at heights and/or outdoors in various weather conditions (90% of time or more) Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality workmanship Travel: As required by business needs EEO Statement:ASRC Industrial and its operating companies affords equal opportunity in employment to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, pregnancy, familial status, disability status, veteran status, citizenship status, genetic information or any other characteristic protected under Federal, State or Local law.
