We are seeking a Listing Broker & Showing Assistant to work closely with our Dispositions Manager to handle the sale of our properties. In this role, you will coordinate with Acquisition Managers to prepare listing materials and ensure the property is listed in a timely fashion, and to enable showings to run smoothly and to attract the best buyers possible. Responsibilities:• Assist the Disposition Manager in managing property showings • Assist with managing all buyer traffic from buyers and agents via phone and text• Coordinating with buyers/agents • Support positive buyer/agent relations• Be on site for property showings as needed • Draft MLS listings to market properties ready for sale to draw in the best buyers • Post MLS listings after approval by the Acquisition Manager and Disposition Manager• Record buyer information and offers as per company policies• Assist in price drops, or other edits to posted listings for ready to sell properties Qualifications:• Illinois broker license REQUIRED • Experience with property leasing highly preferred • Proficiency with Google Suite and working across multiple devices • Attention to detail• Organizational skills • Time management and prioritization skills • Communication skills via text, email, and voice Compensation: $20 hr base plus $50 per listing commission About Company: We are a national real estate investment company with regional offices in Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, Phoenix, AZ, & Chicago, IL. This position will work from the Chicago office. In addition to real estate investment, we have a brokerage division.
