Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner• Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Lead generation• Real estate sales• Buyer lead follow-up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Commission opportunity • A valid real estate license is required • Sales experience Compensation: $100,000 - $180,000 at plan commissions About Company: Core Values: Cannonball Kids - We don’t tiptoe around the pool; we dive in and take action.Accountability is the highest form of love you can give another human being.Personal Responsibility - we take responsibility for our outcomes.Turn The Turtles- A struggling team member or client is like a turtle on its back.
