We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timelyQuickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer serviceGather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questionsWork with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteriaAssist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Qualifications: Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervisionWilling and able to spend a lot of time drivingDriven, motivated and desires professional growthAbility to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $25 - $150 hourly About Company: Serene Realty, Inc. is located in the heart of Hyde Park.
