Responsibilities: • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely• Digital and regular open houses• Lead generation• Lead follow up• Database campaigns• Close sales• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Can spend a large amount of time driving• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity • Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $160,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
