Responsibilities:• Convert pre-qualified leads• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Lead Generation• Lead Follow Up• Database• Sales talk mastery• Close sales• Set appointments Qualifications:• Must have a valid Real Estate License• Coachable• Good communication• Commission based role • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
