Location: 22 Huddersfield Road, Etobicoke, ON M9W 5Z6Job Position: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor Job type: a permanent, full-time job with flexible working hours, including weekends Vacancies: 1 Salary: $27.00 per hour Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience related field Education: CEGEP/College Job Duties include: • Establish work schedules and procedures• Manage to dispatch of shipments and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments• Prepare and submit reports• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery• Keep a record of dispatched calls, driver itineraries, modifications to routes, and the specific times of deliveries. • Arrange for maintenance and repair work• Participate in meetings for continuous improvement• Recruit and Train new staff and existing workers in duties and policies• Perform performance reviews in accordance with the organization's policies• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies• Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization Work setting• Transportation• Warehouse Work conditions and physical capabilities• Fast-paced environment• Tight deadlines• Handling heavy loads• Attention to detail Languages: Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must Interested candidates, please apply at: xyz X@.
