Offering a competitive pay of $16 - $19 per hour, you will play a central role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless shifts and outstanding customer service. As a Shift Leader, your responsibilities will include leading and assisting team members, upholding quality standards, and staying true to our promise of delivering delectable pizzas to our loyal customers. Responsibilities:• Ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to meet health and safety standards.• Train and supervise team members to deliver high-quality service and uphold company standards.• Manage inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock of supplies.• Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction during the shift. Qualifications:• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.• Strong leadership skills.• Ability to work nights and weekends.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.• US work authorization.
