Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts.• Ensure food quality and service standards are met.• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.• Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.• Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed. Job Qualifications: • Experience in the food service industry.• Restaurant management experience preferred.• Flexible availability to work nights and weekends.• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation$12 - $16 hourly Responsibilities: • Designate various tasks to departments and individual staff, ensuring they are completed promptly and successfully so food and beverages are delivered quickly• Arrange for the coverage of responsibilities for staff who can’t work their shift• Educate the staff on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness• Maintain and ensure that each site is well stocked, order supplies, and arrange the product delivery• Schedule shifts, train and oversee restaurant employees to boost productivity levels and complianceBring your leadership skills to the forefront and thrive in a dynamic setting where teamwork and passion for quality pizzas drive our success.
