Responsibilities:• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.• Ensure compliance with Papa John's quality and service standards.• Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service.• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
