Tired of working in fast-food and smelling like grease?We are looking for purpose-driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Leader / Team Captain you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, but also provide guidance to Team Members when General Managers are not in the store. The successful Shift Leader / Team Captain will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.Responsibilities Blends delicious tasting smoothies. Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience. Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Assists in Team Member management throughout shift. Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.Qualifications Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude. At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
